Health coaching is a way for me to make this real.

After more than 30 years in what I thought was a stable career, everything changed for me.  It was a stressful period where my self-belief and energy fluctuated. 

I learnt that the little things are the big things, and they all add up.  When we take a moment to attend to ourselves - body, mind, relationships - we feel more vital and able to get back into the driving seat.

​Now I focus on supporting men and women who worry about what getting older is going to look like for them.  Day-to-day demands often leave them too exhausted for anything else, and they have a growing sense that time is slipping away faster than expected. 

My mission is to show clients how to unlock what uniquely energises them so that they can use their time with intent and confidently embrace the future.
